DOES YOUR CAMP NEED STAFF?
WaterskiWorks is proud to be the top provider of summer camp waterski staff. We travel the country to find qualified boat drivers and coach's to meet our camps staff needs. With our professional experience in both waterski and knowledge of what it takes to be a all-star counselor WaterskiWorks provides the best staff in the business.
How does it work:
*We recruit staff , interview and check refrences to qualify candidate
*Camp determines their staffing needs for that season then contacts us
*We make a match and instruct candidate applies on specific camp website
*Director has the opportunity to interview the candidate
*Camp Director offers candidate position & candidate signs contract!!
What is the cost?
The cost is $599 per staff member placed. Payment is due at the time the staff member signs the contract. This fee is fully refundable up to contract start date.
What does the camp pay the waterski staff?
The staff members salary is negotiated between the camp staff member. The payscale is generally based on experience & college term/year. The WaterskiWorks fee is not included in the salary and is paid by the camp, not the candidate.
